The room was clean and the location excellent. Although small (but not unexpected), the room was comfy and the bed amazing. The hotel was quiet and all in all it was a great stay.

The staffs are full of service mind. Even they can’t speak english very well, but they put all effort to communicate and help me to serve my request.

The room came with everything I need, It was nice to have it located near Hakata Station. Next, the staff were friendly and helped me with my check-in process easier. I can't speak Japanese very well, but they went out of their way to help me.
